WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
As the Content Lead for Home Care Turkey, you’ll play a key role in shaping and executing the content and social media strategy for our leading Home Care brands. You’ll work closely with the Digital Marketing & Content Lead to craft content strategies, orchestrate asset production with agencies, and ensure our presence stays always-on, engaging, and ahead of trends.
Define brand content strategies in partnership with the Media, Digital Marketing, Content Lead and brand teamsLead end-to-end coordination of social media content: briefing, production, approval, and deliveryEnsure always-on and campaign-based social presence across platforms in collaboration with agencies (in-house and external)Monitor performance, conduct deep-dive analysis, and optimize content based on insightsUse advanced social listening tools (e.g. Meltwater) to uncover actionable insights and content opportunitiesStay ahead of platform algorithms, creative trends, and consumer behavior shifts to adapt content strategyWork hand-in-hand with Media, Digital Commerce, Brand, and CMI teams to ensure fully integrated communicationSupport the building of creator/influencer collaborations aligned with social content plansWHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Proven ability to develop and deliver social-first content strategies across multiple platformsHands-on experience working with creative and media agencies on content production and distributionStrong understanding of platform dynamics (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and audience behaviorsComfortable with data-driven thinking; ability to turn insights into clear actionsConfident communicator, capable of aligning diverse stakeholders around a common visionProactive, curious, and agile mindset with a passion for culture, storytelling, and creativityStrong organizational skills to manage multiple content streams and deadlinesExperiences & Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in content marketing, social media management, or digital brand communicationExperience working with or within creative/content agenciesDemonstrated experience in managing social calendars, briefing assets, and measuring performanceBachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, media, or related fieldsFluency in Turkish and English, both written and spokenSkills
