Consulting Solution Director

As a Consulting Solutions Director you will be responsible for providing consulting solutions along with technical and functional support to both prospective and current clients. Working in conjunction with the sales team to develop, scope, and price consulting solutions for the Oracle Hospitality Suite of Systems and Applications.

You will assist in moving the sales cycle along by developing and delivering compelling and engaging presentations, articulating easy to understand solutions, identifying additional consulting opportunities, and helping the client to see the value and path to move forward. You will also be able to clearly articulate Oracle and Oracle Consulting’s product’s strengths, benefits, competitive advantages, and overall value to our clients. Through designing, validating, and presenting Oracle Consulting and Implementation solutions, you will be a critical piece in the success of growing our business.

Our Consulting Solution Directors will provide our clients implementation and migration direction, knowledge in applying our technology/application to best meet their needs and communicating functional value to client businesses. You will also be involved in educating our internal and external customers on our products, solutions, and offerings through presentations, storytelling and demonstrations.

Responsibilities:

Expert level knowledge of the Oracle Hospitality Suite including OPERA property management, deployment methodologies and migration solutions. Develop, present and deliver high-impact demonstrations of the Oracle Hospitality Consulting Solutions.Maintain account and opportunity updates within internal systems.Manage and prioritize opportunities.Clearly articulate the benefits of Oracle Hospitality’s consulting solutions to all levels including line of business end users, managers, and "C" level executives.Strong verbal and written communication skills: storytelling, needs analysis, value positioning, business justification, closing techniques, presentation skills, scope writing. Provide input to, and gather insight from, other cross-functional departments pertaining to      requests and solutions as needed.

Skills:

Minimum 5 years hospitality experience required; casino, hotel, or food and beverage industry experience.Minimum 3-5 years relevant OPERA consulting implementation and/or migration experience.Thorough knowledge of implementation, data migration, and consulting solution design.Strong verbal and written communication skills, needs analysis, positioning, business justification, closing techniques.
