Job Description

Position will also be required to use in-depth consulting skills, analytical expertise and business knowledge with appropriate technology assets for formulating hypotheses and testing conclusions that result in the best solution for business objectives. As a transformation analyst, resource should work collaboratively with business & clients to develop integrated business and operating strategies that create rapid and sustainable value

Key Responsibilities

Comprehensive understanding of Business Process Outsourcing servicesOperations & Quality background is must with a combination of Continuous Improvement, Solutions, sound IT understanding is an advantagePast experience of working out of client locations & and has ability to interact across levels with Client and Internal organizationHands on experience on Performance Variability Analysis, Cost Benefit AnalysisWorking Experience & Expertise in delivery across different industry verticals like Healthcare, Banking, or InsuranceAt least 02 years minimum, should have been involved in process and consulting improvement assignments and projectsWorking Experience in RPA platforms like Blueprism, UIPath, Automation Anywhere and other RPA platforms is preferred.Working experience in AI/ Cognitive space like Watson, Amazon Lex, etc.Business Domain expertise and working knowledge Know-how in BPM Tools (e.g. PEGA, IBM BPM, Bizagi etc), and Analytics tools that are used for process optimization in the process life cycle.Strong Project Management skills and ability to coordinate/network across organizationStrong Analytical skills and hands on experience on mining data and preparing strong business case/ proposals.Ability to understand client key business drivers, problem areas and is able to articulate to all stakeholdersConduct E2E Process modeling, Create process maps (as-is & to-be)Participate in Due diligence, and should have assisted in metric and data Base lining and opportunity recommendationShould be well versed with Value Stream MappingInteract with Senior Management & Asset Lead of CNX understands, propose how technology can be built in new solutions.Must to have excellent presentation & communications skill both power point and delivery/presentation
 

Profiles & Attributes:

9+ years of experienceConsulting and/or Continuous Improvement experience with another professional services organizationWorking experience on at least 1 of the platforms for RPA & AI -RPA & BPM – Blue Prism, Open Span, Automation Anywhere, UI Path, Aheyu, PEGA & others.AI / Cognitive – Watson/ IBM Bluemix, Kore, Amazon Lex etcAnalytics (Good to have) – R, Python etc.Deep understanding and experience across a minimum of 2 to 3 industries– Telco, Ecommerce/ Retail, Utilities, Banking, Healthcare & InsuranceSix Sigma or Lean Certification is a value addStrong Project Management skills and trusted exposure in large assignmentsHigh on Analytical skills and hands on experience on mining data and preparing strong business case/ proposals
