We are looking for a dedicated and intuitive Concierge to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, providing seamless, thoughtful service that reflects our commitment to excellence. You will support guests with curated recommendations, tailored experiences, and timely assistance—always delivered with discretion and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist guests with a warm, composed presence
Coordinate daily guest requests, including transportation, reservations, and personal errands
Anticipate needs and follow through with precision and attention to detail
Foster relationships with trusted partners and local contacts to ensure access to best-in-class services
Maintain accurate records and clear communication across teams
Handle confidential information with integrity and care
What We’re Looking For
Prior experience in luxury hospitality, lifestyle management, or guest services
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A calm, solutions-oriented approach under pressure
Well-connected locally with a good sense of what's current and relevant
High level of discretion and professionalism
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
