As aConceptProduct Designer,you’lljoin one of our product teams and collaborate across disciplinesto create meaningful play experiences thatcaptivateandinspirebuilders across generations. **Do you have what it takes?** + Whether your background is in industrial design,concept design, visual development, toy design, or another creative field, what matters most is that you have experience with LEGOmodel building. + A strongpassion for buildingideas inLEGO bricks and understanding of the LEGO System in Play. + Experience developing original concepts, characters, or worlds — either for play, storytelling, or entertainment. + Curiosity about designing for different age groups and a sense of what makes a LEGO setfun& playable,functional, or collectible. + A portfolio that shows your ability to think visually and communicate early ideas. + Comfortable prototyping inLEGObricks and iterating based on feedback. + Collaborative mindset, curiosity, and a playful approach to creative work. + Comfortable working with ambiguity in early-stage development. **Portfolio Guidelines** Your portfolio is your opportunity to show how you think, build, and tell stories.
