As a Concept** **Product** **Designer,** **you'll** **d** **evelop bold** **new ideas** **that become the foundation for LEGO experiences —** **from** **imagined** **worlds** **and characters** **to play features and story-driven themes.**

**Core Responsibilities**
+ Exploreearly ideas for new LEGO themes, stories, characters,displayand play experiences.
+ Ideateonand prototype LEGObuilds that are fun, functional, and faithful to the LEGO System in Play.
+ Collaborate closely withProductDesigners, Graphic Designers, Element Designers, and others to bring ideas to life.
+ Work across themes, age groups, and building styles — from character-driven sets to system innovations.
+ Support team dialogues onthe value of play,model clarity, building challenge,and storytelling potential.
+ In the LEGO design process, take the lead inthe earlyphase of the design process,sketching andcreating models using LEGO bricks in new and innovative ways.

As aConceptProduct Designer,you’lljoin one of our product teams and collaborate across disciplinesto create meaningful play experiences thatcaptivateandinspirebuilders across generations.
**Do you have what it takes?**
+ Whether your background is in industrial design,concept design, visual development, toy design, or another creative field, what matters most is that you have experience with LEGOmodel building.
+ A strongpassion for buildingideas inLEGO bricks and understanding of the LEGO System in Play.
+ Experience developing original concepts, characters, or worlds — either for play, storytelling, or entertainment.
+ Curiosity about designing for different age groups and a sense of what makes a LEGO setfun& playable,functional, or collectible.
+ A portfolio that shows your ability to think visually and communicate early ideas.
+ Comfortable prototyping inLEGObricks and iterating based on feedback.
+ Collaborative mindset, curiosity, and a playful approach to creative work.
+ Comfortable working with ambiguity in early-stage development.
**Portfolio Guidelines**
Your portfolio is your opportunity to show how you think, build, and tell stories. Your portfolio should include:
+ Examples of concept work (2D or 3D) that show how you develop ideas visually.
+ Brick-basedprototypesdemonstratinghow you bring ideas to life through building.
+ Ideally, reflections on how you envision your models can be played with, what stories they tell, and what experiences they offer.
+ Ashort,writtenintroduction that gives us a glimpse into your creative background, process, and passion.
