Compensation Benefit Manager
Job Description

Main Purposes of the Job: The purpose of this role is to manage Indonesia end-to-end payroll processes monitoring and execution, aligning with company procedures and government regulations. Monitoring BPJS employment, BPJS Health, as well as private life and health insurance provided to employees, also execution HRIS systems. In addition, this role will also act as advisor for other Business Unit (BU) – SSEA, in managing and monitoring their payroll processes.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (minimum) Min 8 years of working experience in Compensation & Benefit Good understanding of: Indonesia Labor Laws and Regulations Indonesia Personal Tax Laws and Regulations HR System related to payroll, time management, and Tax Financial recording processes Strong knowledge of compensation & benefit for FMCG industry Good leadership and communication skills

Detail Job Responsibilities: Execute payroll processes in Indonesia following the most recent updated regulation by government and company Supporting BU SSEA in the payroll processes Monitoring and ensuring accuracy and compliance data entered in the system Collaborate with the Finance team to make sure payroll closing run smoothly in a timely manner Processing stock-based compensation and recording according to taxation guidance both from global and local tax consultants Managing annual income tax report including alignment with tax consultant for mobility employees Recharging payroll costs to other countries Monitoring enrollment on BPJS employment, BPJS health, and private Life Insurance and Health Insurance Managing insurance process & SME for Insurance for Employee Collecting excess insurance information from insurance vendor and managing the collection of excess employees (processing through payroll) Work with Government institutions and insurance institutions related to cost to the company and to the employees Collaboration with Rewards Manager and HRBPs in managing severance Monitoring and reviewing employee movement processes including but not limited to salary adjustment, horizontal and vertical promotion, and/or lateral movement Supporting in formal statement letter for base salary adjustment, merit increase, horizontal and vertical promotion, bonus payout, and lateral movement Managing and reflecting correct organization changes in Workday Supporting the annual operating plan process by providing historical payroll data Connect with external vendor to fix issues in the system related to Payroll & Tax system, Workday DMO for employee data accuracy or new initiative implementation, and time management system Leading automation process to simplify the complex and repetitive administrative process Location(s)
