Job Title: Communication Specialist Job Description **Job Title:** _Data & Analytics Sales Operations Specialist_ **Role Overview:** We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented **Data & Analytics Sales Operations Specialist** to play a critical role in optimizing our sales operations, pipeline management, and sales enablement. The Specialist will analyze sales performance data and provide actionable, data-driven insights to inform decision-making and enhance our go-to-market strategies. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to drive process improvements that align with sales goals and company objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** + **Sales Operations Analysis and Insights:** + Build user-friendly dashboards that empower users to quickly identify critical insights. + Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights. + Identify patterns and anomalies in sales data, translating findings into strategic recommendations. + **Process Improvement:** + Collaborate globally across teams to gather insights that optimize workflow and improve experience. + Monitor the end-to-end sales process, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities to streamline process. + Utilize automation tools to streamline workflows and improve the efficiency of sales cycles. + **Sales Enablement Support** + Develop training materials and conduct training sessions on products & services. + Organize and maintain sales collateral to drive consistency and enhance efficiency. + Support broader brand evangelism efforts that enable, equip, and inspire sellers. + **Marketing and Sales Support (Secondary):** + Collaborate to align materials with the company’s data and analytics messaging and value propositions. + Assist in creating Monthly Business Reviews with a focus on impactful storytelling and visualization. + Elevate market presence through strategic submissions to industry analysts. **Required Skills:** + Advanced knowledge of data and analytics concepts. + Strong backboard in dashboard and visualization creation (SQL, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.) + Ability to identify underlying issues and drive impactful insights using structured and unstructured data. + Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional and international collaboration. + Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail with an agile mindset. + Experience in sales operations, proposal development, or marketing support is preferred.
