As a Commercial Excellence Manager, you will drive and optimize the commercial performance of the Asia Pacific organization; you will develop and implement strategies to enhance sales effectiveness, improve customer experience, and maximize revenue generation. Your working location will be in our office in Shanghai. You will report to Global Commercial Excellence & Pricing Director.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development: The Commercial Excellence Manager develops and implements commercial strategies aligned with our goals. You will work with other teams to analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to maximize them with the commercial teams.
Sales Effectiveness: The Commercial Excellence Manager will focus on improving the effectiveness of the sales team. You will develop and implement sales processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance sales productivity, improve resource allocation, and increase revenue. You will also support programs to provide training to the sales team to improve their skills and performance.
Customer Experience: The Commercial Excellence Manager will work with the commercial and customer service teams to enhance the customer experience. You will analyze customer feedback, conduct market research, and identify areas for improvement. You will develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Data Analysis and Reporting: The Commercial Excellence Manager will use data analytics tools and techniques to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights. You will produce reports and dashboards to provide insights to the management team. You will track Goals and provide regular updates on commercial performance, highlighting areas of improvement and potential risks.
Cross-functional Collaboration: The Commercial Excellence Manager collaborates with multiple departments, including sales, marketing, finance, and operations, to align commercial strategies and plans. You will work with the sales team to understand their needs, provide support, and ensure execution of commercial plans.
Qualifications
At least a bachelor's degree in commercial or similar major.
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Experience using mainstream CRM system, Salesforce experience will be ideal.
Experience using mainstream data analysis tool like MS Excel or PBI.
Very fluent in English.
