**Job title** – Commercial Assistant HNC Taste APAC **Location** – Singapore **Job model** – Hybrid Are you passionate about the flavor industry and its important role to play in the Health & Nutrition sector and interested in a role that allows you to support both account managers and clients? As a Sales Account Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a constant flow of communication with customers internationally. You'll have the opportunity to work with internal and external partners, gaining valuable experience in the industry. Join our team and help us make a difference in the world of flavors! **Your key responsibilities** + Support Account Managers within APAC with customer facing requests such as samples, pricing, documentation requests and coordination of meetings (virtual and on-site), and other logistical on-site coordination + Manage coordination of documents: Enters quality, regulatory and sustainability related customer requests into internal system in a timely fashion. Returns completed documentation to customer once available. Follow up with internal teams to ensure deadlines are being met. Follow up with internal teams around incomplete documentation + Requests price quotations from pricing office via internal system; prepares price letters and effectively maintains all price related files for customers from a pre-sales perspective.
