Cluster Revenue Manager

We are looking for a **Cluster Revenue Manager** to lead the revenue strategy for **Hyatt Centric San José Escazú** and **Hyatt Place San José Pinares** two properties that reflect the diversity and vibrancy of our brand in Costa Rica.
This position is responsible for maximizing the profitability of both hotels through the development and execution of commercial strategies based on in-depth analysis, market insight, and strong cross-functional collaboration.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Design and implement revenue management strategies for both hotels, aligned with each brand’s commercial goals.
+ Analyze market behavior, competitive landscape, demand trends, and historical performance to optimize pricing, availability, and distribution.
+ Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure effective execution of business strategies.
+ Use corporate revenue management tools such as HPP, RMS, and Business Intelligence platforms to produce forecasts, reports, and performance analysis.
+ Present results, projections, and action plans to the executive teams of both properties.
+ Serve as the local reference for commercial strategy and revenue optimization.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in a revenue management role, preferably in a multi-property environment.
+ Solid knowledge of revenue management systems and electronic distribution.
+ Strong analytical skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and a strategic mindset.
+ Advanced level of English.
+ Ability to communicate and influence.
