Are you passionate about science, communication, and making a meaningful impact on patients' lives? Do you enjoy translating complex data into practical insights and working in close partnership with internal teams and healthcare professionals? The Position
As a Clinical Science Liaison, you will act as a key scientific resource and bridge between Novo Nordisk and the healthcare community. You will support medical strategy execution by delivering scientific content to healthcare professionals (HCPs), supporting internal stakeholders, and generating insights to guide decision-making. This role focuses on post-launch scientific engagement and internal collaboration, with no direct field visits to KOLs. Key responsibilities include:
Establishing strong scientific relationships with HCPs, delivering timely and relevant medical information tailored to their needs, and supporting their understanding of Novo Nordisk’s therapies in the post-launch phase. Implementing local scientific communication plans, adapting language, channel, and format to audience profiles, and proactively managing territory-level initiatives and medical events. Collecting and analysing structured and unstructured insights from HCPs to inform internal strategies and support portfolio development and business alignment. Supporting evidence generation through collaboration on local publications, ISS projects, clinical site engagement, and local dissemination of global data and encores. Partnering with internal teams, including sales, medical affairs, and training, to ensure scientific consistency and readiness, and contributing to patient journey mapping and care pathway development.
Qualifications
We’re looking for a science-driven communicator with strong cross-functional collaboration skills. To be successful in this role, you should have:
A medical degree with an active CRM; specialisation or clinical experience in the therapeutic area is a strong plus. An advanced level of English is highly desirable. Active driver’s license (CNH) and availability to travel across the Northeast region (Salvador, Fortaleza, Recife). Strong scientific literacy, critical thinking, and communication skills. A collaborative, adaptable, and proactive mindset, with the ability to work in dynamic environments and contribute to data-driven planning.
About the Department
You will join the Medical Affairs team at Novo Nordisk Brazil, where we are committed to scientific excellence and meaningful partnerships.
