Clinical Project Manager (m/f/d), Single Sponsor, Home-based in Austria

The IQVIA sponsor-dedicated Clinical Functional Service Partnerships (Clinical FSP) department is supporting our client’s project team in the execution of clinical trials.
We currently offer the exciting opportunity to join the team as **Clinical Project Manager (m/f/d)** in **full-time** and work **home-based throughout Austria.**
**Responsibilities might include:**
+ Manage the execution of clinical studies or assigned portion of clinical studies; including orchestration of local trial team, and integration with other functions as necessary throughout planning, conduct and closeout of trial.
+ Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP and all other relevant regulatory regulations as well as accordance with client SOPs and values.
+ Collaborate with other functional groups within the company where necessary to support milestone achievement and to manage study issues and obstacles.
+ Monitor progress against contract and prepare/present project information proactively to stakeholders internally and externally.
+ Achieve project quality by identifying quality risks and issues, responding to issues raised by project team and/or sub-team members and planning/implementing appropriate corrective and preventative action plans.
+ Build the cross-functional project team and lead their efforts; responsible for managing cross-collaboration of the core team and for overall project delivery to support milestone achievement and to manage study issues and obstacles.
+ Ensure the financial success of the project, while optimizing speed, quality and cost of delivery. Forecast and identify opportunities to accelerate activities to bring revenue forward.
+ Participate in bid defense presentations in partnership with Business Development.
+ May be assigned as the primary contact for vendors leading project vendor management and vendor management related activities as per project requirements.
**Required knowledge, skills and experience:**
+ Bachelor’s or higher-level degree preferable in life science.
+ **Min. 1 year of prior relevant experience including project management experience**
+ Expertise in covering clinical trials
+ Knowledge of applicable clinical research regulatory requirements, i.e., Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines.
+ Fluent languages skills in **German** on at least C1 level and good command of **English** .
+ Computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
+ Effective communication, organizational and planning skills.
+ Planning, time management and prioritization skills while working on multiple projects.
+ Excellent leadership skills, and the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients.
+ Flexibility to business travel for client meetings and maybe occasional site visits.
