Your role:

You will act as main customers’ contact regarding Application and Education topics, and you will take all necessary actions to ensure high customer satisfaction results including acting as first point of escalationYou will establish and maintain contact with customers and internal stakeholders to provide technical and business supportYou will use your in-depth knowledge and your analytical thinking to execute superior strategy, by addressing processes, setting new parameters, and being source of ideasYou will manage direct reports, ensuring the team members have the right competences mix and mindset to provide world-class service to our customers. You will also ensure the staffing and performance development of the teamYou will be directly responsible on Application/Education P&L and Education Revenue drivingYou will manage and ensure a high level of performance by application department by monitoring all relevant KPIs

Your qualifications and characteristics:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalentMinimum of 8 years' experience in the medical imaging industryYou effectively managed a team of direct reportsAdvanced leadership and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to motivate, develop, and manage team performanceYou are customer oriented, and have a strong understanding of customer services requirements and best practices Excellent interpersonal skills with strong ability to manage customer relationships, ensuring high satisfactionProven analytical skills to identify and resolve problems, with the capacity to handle conflicts effectivelyIn-depth knowledge of P&L management, with the ability to drive Education-related revenue and ensure financial performanceStrong oral and written communication skillsFluent in Arabic, French and English.
