Client Solutions Project Lead Job ID 221396 Posted 23-May-2025 Service line Advisory Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Property Management, Sales Support Location(s) Chicago - Illinois - United States of America, Dallas - Texas - United States of America **About The Role:** As a CBRE Client Solutions Project Lead, you will be responsible for the solutioning and sales support to the U.S. Property Management Client Solutions team. This includes developing and generating both internal and client presentations, modifications of existing marketing material and coordinating the distribution of internal and external communications and other Property Management focused promotional information. You will be in charge of creating and developing visually appealing materials that align with the organization’s image, identity, and brand. This job is within the Sales function. They are responsible for the design of sales solutions that are presented and sold to potential, new, and existing clients. **What You'll Do:** + Support the service line and management in the delivery of a focused marketing strategy. This includes enhancing client relationships, market positioning and brand with industry groups. + Lead and manage projects, often collaborating with internal and external teams to meet deadlines to ensure the timely completion of all materials and packages. + Contribute to culture of cross-selling and improved focus on new business cultivation. + Work to refresh our go-to-market approach in key local and regional areas. + Maintain CBRE brand inventory by applying templates to produce solutioning materials. Review marketing collateral and ensure specs, file sizes, and formats are both print and digital ready. + Coordinate sophisticated online meetings, webinars, and thought leadership forums. + Update and maintain various information databases. + Create digital marketing campaigns, coordinating distribution. + Explain detailed and/or complicated information. Comprehend instructions, short communications, and memos. Write routine reports and communications. + Be proactive and prepared, working within broad guidelines and policies, with the ability to use discretion and take action to complete tasks when situations arise. + Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding. **What You'll Need:** To perform this job successfully, an individual will need to perform each crucial duty satisfactorily. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. + Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information. + Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions. + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. + Foundational knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite. Ability to create and edit templates in Adobe InDesign. + Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mentality. + Sophisticated math skills. The minimum salary for the Client Solutions Project Lead position is $80,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Client Solutions Project Lead position is $90,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
