What does a great Client Sales Support Professional do at Fiserv?

Join Fiserv as a Client Sales Support Professional and play a vital role in securing and nurturing client relationships for a globally recognized company. Your primary focus will be on pricing matters, supporting the sales team in developing renewal or migration deals for existing Fiserv AP's. As an integral part of a dynamic team, you will become a trusted expert in pricing strategies for a specific product set, contributing to the growth and success of the organization.

What you will do:

Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Product Management, Finance, and Contract Admin to create renewal or migration deals for existing Fiserv AP'sDevelop expertise in pricing for a particular product or product setCoordinate with internal departments and subject matter experts to gather necessary informationAssist Account Executives/Sales in pursuing new business opportunitiesEnsure Proposal Pricing responses are accurate, complete, and of high quality before distributionSubmit Pricing Proposals on time and with excellence, adhering to Corporate and Business Unit processesPerform additional duties as needed

What You Will Need To Have:

0-5 years of relevant experience, educational background, or military experienceStrong business relationship building skillsExcellent organizational abilities with a track record of handling multiple projects simultaneouslyProficient written and verbal communication skills, especially in conveying technical information clearly and persuasivelyAdaptability to evolving strategies and configurationsExceptional time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

What Would Be Great To Have:

Prior experience in business, sales support, or a related roleBackground in the financial services industry is advantageousPrevious experience in Proposal Pricing is a plus
