Client Program Lead
+ Candidates must reside within driving distance to Canton, MA and will be expected to come to office 5 days/week. + Ensure team serves as overall internal knowledge base and pivotal point of contact for all matters related to assigned clients. + Monitor client program KPIs/scorecards, anticipate needs, spot trends and opportunities, and report out to the organization. + Accountable for processes and delivery of Program Service, maintenance, and health of program, QBR by the overall team Look for and leverage commonalities, synergies, and opportunities between client programs managed by the team. + Serve as primary point of escalation between program clients and UL. + Lead initiatives and projects working with Operations, Support Services, Quality Assurance, Sales, Business Development and other affiliated stakeholders related to new business objectives and continuous improvement. + Monitor profitability of account and look for ways to improve efficiency and profitability through standardization, centralization, or automation. + Manages the performance of direct reports by developing accountabilities, establishing performance objectives, providing career counseling, feedback and guidance and ensuring that all policies are understood and adhered to. + Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices. + Performs other duties as directed. + University degree (Equivalent to a Bachelors Degree) in a related discipline plus + 10+ years of directly related experience + 3 years of management/leadership is required. + Deep understanding of Retail & Consumer Product industry + Demonstrated written, oral and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of employees and clients. + Ability to successfully and independently execute, manage and schedule complex, multiple and diverse activities from the planning stage through completion. + Ability to train and assist in the professional growth of staff members. + Displays excellent problem-solving capabilities, innovative thinking, and independent judgment. + Able to lead through change. What we offer: We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. The estimated salary range for this position is $95,000. to $115,000. and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 20% of the base salary. This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).
