The Opportunity:
Do you have knowledge of general insurance products and/or a background in schemes, binders and portfolios? Is working directly with clients in the Fine Art industry exciting to you?
The Client Manager we are seeking will provide outstanding service for clients within the Fine Art portfolio which consists of galleries, private collectors, restorers, handlers and exhibitors across Australia. This Client Manager Role is considered a key driver to our long-term growth ambitions in this segment and will work closely with leadership to drive positive results in the region, with opportunity for continued career progression.
Key responsibilities will include:
+ Lead a portfolio of clients within the Fine Art portfolio
+ Play a meaningful role in mentoring and development colleagues in the team, as well as working closely with Aon’s Fine Art team
+ Manage key collaborator relationships and improve the client experience
+ Identify development opportunities for designated portfolio and craft appropriate servicing solutions
+ Develop new and profitable business within the National segment
+ Contribute to the strategic direction of the Fine Art portfolio, including collaborator management with insurers and key industry partners
+ Achieve renewal and new business budget
About you:
This position will suit a someone with the following experience:
+ Outstanding client relationship management capabilities
+ Experience and/or curiosity about insurance schemes, portfolio management and placement, binders and facilities across general insurance products
+ Outstanding communication and presentation skills
+ A keen entrepreneurial spirit, with proven new business successes
+ Strong technical understanding of a broad range of Commercial Insurance products, in particular property and liability insurance
+ Tier 1 Qualification
+ Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant working experience
+ Organizational skills to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
