Job Responsibilities:

Process and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness.Prepare and execute payments to vendors in a timely manner.Reconcile accounts payable transactions.Maintain and update vendor files and records.Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies.Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.Previous experience in accounts payable or a similar role.Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.Understanding of basic accounting principles and accounts payable processes.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Strong organizational and time management skills.Effective written and verbal communication skills.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze financial data.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
