Claim Administration Specialist
Job Description

Do you enjoy helping people and solving problems efficiently? Danfoss is looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Claims Administrator to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers when they have claims. Your job will be to make sure each issue is handled quickly and professionally, helping us maintain great customer satisfaction. In this role, you will report to Customer Claims Handling Senior Manager and you will be based in our office in Dubnica nad Vahom, Slovakia.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

Handling Defect Claims: Receiving and managing customer claims, using customer portals, and reviewing technical details to decide how to handle each case. Communicating with Customers: Sending clear and professional responses to customers via email, phone, or through communication portals. Working with Claim Data: Collecting and analyzing claim information, and sharing it with Business Units or Quality Teams for investigation and improvement of our products and services. Processing Simpler Claims: Taking care of straightforward or lower-value claims quickly and effectively. Supporting Commercial Processing: Assisting with commercial or administrative processes when needed. Background & Skills

Required (basic) qualifications

Must have minimum of Bachelor degree, ideally in technical field (Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, etc) Understanding of core quality tools. At least 1-2 years of experience in similar area
