About the role: ​Citi Cards Administrator entails dealing with internal customers' inquiries and providing a high quality of internal customer service. While reporting to T&E Supervisor in this role you will also support Team handling travel expenses audit and secure compliance according to internal procedures and legislation in the control. Moreover, you will handle month end procedures within area documentation of work done according to work instructions supporting documentation for audits and keep daily, weekly, monthly KPI's updated. What are your responsibilities? + Provide high quality customer service by attending to internal costumer's request on chat, mails and calls + Develop and maintain good relationships with stakeholders and Local Business Units. + Contact internal partners from different countries to obtain required information/approvals. + Evaluate bank statements and travel reports to identify inconsistencies. + Monitor related KPIs and metrics to identify potential opportunities for improvements + Timely and accurately Process card applications + Manage monthly reporting tasks and prepare a series of reports in accordance with deadlines + Close monthly accounting periods to ensure that all information is entered into the company’s accounting ledger accurately and make corrections as needed + Deliver process related analysis. + Lead projects related to improvements and cost savings. What makes you a good fit for this role? * Higher education, preferably in Accounting/ Finance/ Economics. * Experience in a similar role will be an advantage. * Good knowledge of English language (min.B2) * Focus on results and pay attention to details * Ability to work within tight operational deadlines and handle a number of tasks and priorities * Proactiveness and continuous focus on process automation and optimization projects.
