Position Overview:
As China Data Center Segment Leader , you will be responsible for driving the adoption of our thermal and shielding products in the design of servers and networking equipment among major Chinese hyperscalers and traditional server/networking manufacturers. You will leverage the successful strategies from North America and adapt them to the Chinese market, focusing on leading OEMs and ODMs.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to introduce and integrate our products into the designs of major Chinese hyperscalers such as BAT and ByteDance.Educate and guide these hyperscalers on the benefits and applications of our products from the design phase.Strengthen relationships and manage accounts with traditional server and networking manufacturers, including industry-leading server and networking equipment manufacturers, ensuring our products are specified in their designs.Collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with market needs and customer requirements.Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.Work closely with global teams to replicate North American success in the Chinese market.Maximize the reach and impact of our products within the datacom sector driven by the AI wave.Be responsible for achieving sales growth targets in the Chinese datacom sector, ensuring growth surpasses the industry average.Requirement/岗位要求：
