The Pem is the signature restaurant here at Conrad St James,London dedicated to the pursuit of culinary excellence using the best of local British ingredients. We’ve quickly built a strong reputation for elegant flavours using seasonal-led ingredients, locally produced. What will I be doing?

\n\nRegular training's\nEnsure all food preparation meets standards\nPrepare and present high quality food\nSupervise staff\nPrepare all mise-en-place for all relevant menus\nAssist Head Chef/Sous Chef in the training of all staff in compliance of company procedures\n\n

\n

What are we looking for?

\n\nPrevious experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Demi Chef de Partie in a fine dining restaurant, Michelin experience preferred.\nAbility and desire to motivating Team\nExcellent communication skills\nPositive attitude\nAbility to work on own or in teams\n\n
