Channel Sales Specialist
Job Description

As a Channel Sales Specialist at Danfoss Climate Solutions, you will play a key role in accelerating revenue growth through our indirect sales channels. You’ll be responsible for managing the full sales cycle – from identifying leads and engaging partners to closing deals – all while working closely with our Frontline Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams.

 

You will take a data-driven approach, using digital tools to optimize performance and create a seamless experience for our customers and channel partners. Your ability to build strong relationships, understand business needs, and translate them into value-adding solutions will be central to your success in this role.

Job Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies for channel partners, focusing on high-potential segments and key account growth

 

- Manage and optimize the sales pipeline through data-driven forecasting, performance tracking, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, SAP)

 

- Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers and partners by understanding their needs and offering tailored Danfoss solutions

 

- Ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive support, regular follow-ups, and consistent service

 

- Support digital and e-commerce sales efforts where relevant, contributing to a modern and scalable sales approach

 

- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service to deliver a seamless customer experience and improve lead and campaign quality

 

- Report on sales performance and share market and competitor insights to support strategic decision-making

Background & Skills

You hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering or a related field, and bring 1–3 years of experience from Inside Sales, Customer Service or a similar role. Experience with channel partners is a plus – but what matters most is your mindset and willingness to learn

 

You have strong sales and negotiation skills, paired with a consultative and customer-focused approach. You’re able to communicate complex solutions clearly and persuasively, and you’re comfortable using CRM systems such as Salesforce or SAP, along with other digital tools

 

Personally, you’re a strong communicator who builds trust and long-term relationships. You’re analytical, solution-oriented, and motivated to grow your market. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities with ease, and bring empathy, resilience, and adaptability to every interaction
