**Meaningful Work From Day One**
As a Channel Executive at Brown-Forman, you’ll play a key role in the execution of our brand activation strategies, working with activation agencies and sales teams to bring our brands to life. You’ll manage end-to-end BTL (Below The Line) activity, from briefing and POS creation to budget management and fl awless execution in-store. Additionally, you will manage a rolling 12-month activation plan for key brands and customers, driving growth across the portfolio.
**What You Can Expect**
+ Drive Alignment: Work closely with both Brand Marketing and Sales teams to ensure smooth execution of brand activations.
+ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal teams to refine ideas, optimize processes, and ensure effective execution.
+ Customer Relationships: Build strong, successful relationships with customers and partners to ensure that brand activation plans are aligned with their needs.
+ Resource Allocation: Ensure a commercially focused approach to the investment of activation resources, balancing creativity with effectiveness.
+ Creative Solutions: Take a solutions-focused approach, adapting quickly to changing market dynamics and thinking outside the box to drive success.
**What You Bring to the Table**
+ A marketing or business-related tertiary qualification is desired.
+ Proven experience (5+ years) in a similar role within FMCG, marketing, or the liquor industry.
+ Previous experience working with national customers or retailers.
+ Strong shopper understanding—ability to interpret shopper behavior, category trends, and insights that drive consumer purchase decisions.
+ Deep customer understanding—ability to translate customer needs into impactful activations that benefit Brown-Forman, customers, and consumers alike.
+ Experience in agency management—ability to brief, inspire, and engage agencies to produce best-in-class activations.
+ Strong project and budget management skills—able to handle multiple projects, delivering them on time, within scope, and on budget.
+ Commercially astute—proficient in setting activation metrics to evaluate the ROI of shopper marketing efforts.
+ Excellent communication skills—strong cross-functional collaboration and the ability to engage and infl uence key stakeholders.
