Channel Manager Responsibilities & Duties

Develop and implement channel partner strategies to increase sales and revenueManage relationships with channel partners to ensure optimal performance and satisfactionProvide training and support to channel partners to ensure successful product positioning and salesConduct regular performance reviews with channel partners to identify areas for improvement and growthCollect and analyze market and competitor data to make informed decisions regarding channel partner strategiesCollaborate with internal teams to develop and launch new products through channelsNegotiate and manage channel partner contracts and agreementsIdentify and onboard new channel partners to expand market reachEnsure compliance with company policies and procedures in all channel partner activities
