**Minimum Relevant work experience:** Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in marketing or any other related function, ideally in commercial related fields or equivalent FMCG experience working with cross functional teams.

Nestlé Angola is currently looking for a **Category Development Manager – Dairy** who will support the Category Manager in the planning and implementation of Integrated commercial planning (ICP) to generate strong business results for the category.
**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Assists the Category Manager in the development of country category plans during Integrated commercial planning (ICP) by contributing and providing the required brand-related inputs to the process i.e. - input on consumer data, retail audit etc.
+ Supports the Category Manager to achieve NNS/RIG/OG/OP1 objectives at country level for defined category
+ Works with the Category Manager on all brand related inputs for the Monthly Business Planning meetings and actively participates in the meetings.
+ Assists the Category Manager to ensure that pricing is in line with the validated pricing strategy in the category plan and makes recommendations when required on pricing to consumers and defines the desired relative pricing.
+ Develops briefs for the implementation of consumer activities and obtains the required approval
+ Assists the Category Manager to organize and follow up on all activities and events for the category and make proposals on areas that need improvement so as to improve results and the planning of similar activities in the future.
+ Manages sampling specific to the category.
+ Understands the impact of PFME spend on the P&L of the category and tracks the brand’s performance and health.
+ Assists the Category Manager to Pre and Post evaluate consumer activities by providing the required inputs (data).
**WHAT MAKES YOU SUCCESSFUL?**
+ Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in marketing or sales or similar areas.
+ Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in marketing or any other related function, ideally in commercial-related fields or equivalent FMCG experience working with cross-functional teams.
+ Ability to influence and be persuasive in people management and development
+ Possesses result orientation, analytical and problem-solving skills
+ Capability to influence and have persuasive presentation skills.
+ Experience with category, channel or customer management.
+ Excellent proficiency with the English and Portuguese languages
