This position is for a CashPro Data Product Associate, focused on empowering our product and sales teams with actionable insights to help them understand client behavior and measure success. We are looking for a motivated self-starter, passionate about the power of data to drive product development and business strategies. This individual must exhibit strong organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple high priority tasks for the business with overlapping deadlines. They must also be skilled at reading and writing SQL queries to analyze data, and comfortable using tools including Splunk, Alteryx, and Tableau/BI tools. They should also be a clear and concise communicator, with an ability to message across multiple levels of the organization. As CashPro Data Product Associate, responsibilities will include supporting data strategy and analytics for various purposes across the CashPro platform, including but not limited to: reporting on product adoption, client behavior, security, user access, and recurring measurement of key performance indicators.
