Join us in our fight to make access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment a right and not a privilege. **Your responsibilities** • Sourcing and negotiations of the rates and conditions with Service Providers. • Participate in complex projects and annual tenders, high value contract • Participation in Budget preparation and management. • Monitoring Provider performance and supporting the business in service issues. • Scanning new Freight Providers and Freight Market for new opportunities and solutions. • Communication of rate updates and maintaining network with internal stakeholders and Service Providers. • Analyzing and reporting Freight data. • Support in deployment and development of Logistics / Procurement systems - TMS (Transporeon), Visibility, Sourcing tools. **The experience we're looking for** • Education – finalized studies; preferred specialization: Purchasing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Economics. • Negotiation or Logistics experience (min 3 years); • English language: proficient (C1-C2), • Excellence in computer software: MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word), • Strong analytical skills • Comfortable operating in a global matrix environment **What we offer** With inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.
