Following the category strategy and with strong global collaboration it’s possible to support the management of all the commercial aspects with The LEGO Group Suppliers to ensure the supply on time and with the right level of quality agreed with our stakeholders. **Core Responsibilities** + **Sourcing & Contracting** : To Understand the business needs and provide supply and sourcing strategies and contracts in compliance with product specifications and Category requirements. + **Negotiation & Cost analysis:** To drive quotes and cost analysis and breakdown for negotiation, price adjustments by cost drivers and to build a healthy competitive environment. + **Risk Management:** To Identify, manage, and communicate risks by leading action plans to avoid/mitigate potential impacts from own area and link to internal customers’ points of connection. + **Supplier Relationship Management (SRM):** To lead Supplier Relationship Account by developing, evaluating and with a continuous improvement approach to the Vendors as responsible. Manage categories within Indirect Materials and services. + **Productivity & Continuous Improvement** : To drive productivity and efficiency initiatives internally and with suppliers, providing saving to the business and workload reduction. + **Project Management** as leader or participant. + **Digital skills (Power BI):** Manage and develop visual and interactive insight for analysis from own area of responsibility. **Do you have what it takes?** **_Remember to apply using Google Chrome for an easier process and attach your CV in PDF format._** •3+ years of experience in procurement area, sourcing suppliers • Bachelor’s degree, international business, Management or related field •Cost and quote analysis skills, good communication, negotiation and partner management. • Advanced Excel, Power BI desirable • Microsoft, SAP and Coupa knowledge, • Language: Advanced English **.** Good communication skills both verbally and in writing and comfortable in presenting complex ideas Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
