Role Description
You will be part of Live Nation UK&I's Business Intelligence team. The BI team's mission is to drive growth by maximising efficiency, providing insights and influencing critical decisions throughout the Live Nation UK&I concerts and festival business. Our business is fast paced with ever changing demands and generates a vast amount of data relating to some of the biggest tours and festivals in the UK. Our objective is to streamline processes that generate good data, transform that data and share valuable insight with people who need it, when they need it.
The BI team manage two core Salesforce systems - Halo and Rome – and this role will support the management and development of those systems. You will work closely with users across business as well as IT teams, so the right person will thrive in a dynamic environment, building relationships with both technical and non-technical colleagues, and be comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities.
This role would suit someone who has extensive experience of using salesforce systems, is great at building relationships and is very organised. Business Analyst experience is welcome but not essential.

Supporting Sr. Business Systems Analyst with management & development of Salesforce systems (Halo & Rome). Including (not limited to):Understanding user tasks & processes that drive themUnderstanding analytical teams’ data requirements and wider business needsGathering requirements and writing user storiesWorking with Salesforce Business Analyst to design solutionsManaging and prioritising development backlogsUser Acceptance TestingEnd user training for new functionalityEnd user communications (planned outages, new functionality etc)Onboarding new stakeholdersMake sure users are generating ‘good’ data in the way they use our systems – ensuring they follow correct processes and carrying out training where necessaryCreating training documentationBuild and maintain excellent relationships with both Halo and Rome users.
