Business Process Analyst
We are adding a Process and Technology Specialist to our Global Business Operations Services team, who will be responsible for supporting various functions, technologies, and processes associated with them. This Individual will be part of our Process, Technology, and Insights team and will work closely with the leaders, SMEs, and IT teams to help optimize processes utilizing technology to drive efficiencies across the organization. + Process Improvement: Review, analyze, and implement improved business processes. + Documentation: Update documentation to reflect changes. + Global Support: Resolve process and technology-related questions and issues for users worldwide. + Technical Validation: Validate changes through testing and UAT. + Communication: Keep users informed about issues, solutions, and updates. + Training: Support end-user training and develop training documentation. + Global Collaboration: Meet with global teams to discuss and gather business requirements. + Technology Implementation: Support the implementation of technology changes. + IT Prioritization: Work with IT to prioritize the needs of each resolver team. + Corporate Initiatives: Represent Business Operations Services in global corporate initiatives. + Compliance: Follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and all physical and digital security practices. + Other Duties: Perform other duties as directed. + Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. + Presentation Skills: Exceptional skills in creating and delivering content. + Communication: Strong written and oral communication skills. + Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills. + Adaptability: Ability to work across global time zones and cultures. + Critical Thinking: Strong core delivery and critical thinking skills. + Business Acumen: High level of business acumen and ability to understand business processes. + Strategic Orientation: Strong strategic orientation, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. #LI-PH1 #Hybrid UL LLC has been and will continue to be an equal opportunity employer.
