The Advanced Customer Support (ACS) Enablement Team is primarily responsible for the global onboarding of new hires which begins with NetSuite Foundations, Operations, Product/Vertical-Specific In-Depth Training, case shadowing and Buddy-Up. Likewise, the team provides a holistic onboarding experience that covers the essentials of customer success.
