Qualifications:
3+ years of business operations experience Experience building a collaborative team focused on driving successful outcomes Experience successfully navigating a matrixed organization to drive results Experience with business reporting Ability to maintain a positive attitude, especially in escalated circumstances A proven self-starter with the ability to come up to speed on complex, difficult concepts with minimal assistance Strong written and verbal communication skills Would the proposed job typically be expected to manage people? Yes – critical function of role Position will lead a current team of at least 5 direct reports.Other Pertinent Information Position can be fully remote in the US as long as ability to travel as required Reporting to an Operations Leader.
