Principal Responsibilities
Oversight of Reporting - Review and oversee monthly Management Information reports for Asia Middle East, providing insightful commentaries and variance analysesVariance Analysis - Analyze and explain the drivers of variances, generating detailed insights and recommendationsPerformance Insights - Identify concerns and opportunities, reporting on the underlying factors affecting financial performanceData Visualization - Create interactive analyses using Tableau to enhance data interpretation and decision-makingFinancial Assessments - Conduct capability reviews, analyze product margins, and evaluate flow dynamicsSegment Analysis - Assess product penetration across segments and compare required versus actual returns by product, channel, and segmentProcess Improvement - Act as a systems and process expert, leading projects in collaboration with GFO (offshore team), including developing and restructuring MI reports (e.g. inclusion of MENA, new business entities driven by projects), oversight system monthly maintenanceExecutive Financial Analysis - Deliver comprehensive financial analyses and commentaries for the Executive Council, Board and relevant committeesStakeholder Reporting - Provide key highlights, suggest actionable opportunities, and raise concerns for senior management attention
