Join us as a **Business Development Manager** and take the lead in transforming how we develop, document, and deliver knowledge across our global injection moulding operations! This isn't just another business role — it's your chance to **drive the adoption of innovative AI tools like Microsoft Copilot** , lead critical process transitions like SAP Signavio, and become the **Master Trainer** at the heart of our Documentation & Training strategy.
**Core Responsibilities**
+ Drive the implementation of new AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to enhance the guide development process.
+ Govern and lead the Documentation & Training agenda, acting as the Master Trainer.
+ Serve as the focal point for new initiatives, ensuring timely and complete delivery of Documentation & Training to internal injection mould part factories.
+ Facilitate the transition to SAP Signavio (new Process Portal) by conducting workshops to map processes and ensure accurate creation within SAP Signavio.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address training needs and gaps in documentation.
+ Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and documentation, making improvements as necessary.
+ Assist in the qualification process, responsibilities to be defined.
+ Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to foster collaboration and communication.
+ Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement in business development strategies.

The focus area of the department is to develop the functional expertise within the specific area through a strong and competent training organisation to support globalization, scalability and sustainability towards new and existing employees
**Do you have what it takes**
The ideal candidate comes with a Master degree in Supply Chain, Business Development or Sales/Marketing, and come with business development experience in a similar role dealing with machinery, equipment and technology from management consulting or an international company
Preferably, they also bring experience with:
+ Advanced Excel, Power BI and Jira
+ LEAN and Six Sigma
Moreover they are:
+ Curious and able to focus when required.
+ Proactive and loves taking initiative
+ Ambitious and filled with energy
+ Have great stakeholder management skills
**The position is based in Billund, DK and relocation support is not offered for this role.**
