The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the financial services industry, strong business development acumen, and a proven track record of driving growth and profitability. **Your role and responsibilities** Lead IBM's Financial Services BPO division, driving growth and profitability through strategic business development. Key Responsibilities: * Devise and implement growth strategies. * Foster key industry relationships. * Position IBM solutions effectively in the market. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless project transitions. * Conduct market analysis and competitive assessments. * Lead and develop the business development team. * Create thought leadership content. * Represent IBM at industry events and client meetings. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. * 12+ years' experience in business development/sales, 7+ years in financial services. * Proven track record in BPO sales. * Deep understanding of financial services industry. * Strong strategic thinking and planning skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Team leadership and development experience. * Proficiency in CRM **Preferred technical and professional experience** .
