**Job Summary** A chance to work on cutting edge digital transformation engagements lead product teams work with multi geography teams to coordinate understand and document requiremnets in user stories. Work in true agile product centric teams guide them in the agile methodology and participate in requirement prioritization sessions. **Responsibilities** Conduct Requirement Gathering workshops Write user stories Work with Product owner to prioritize user stories Write functional test cases Update user stories test cases and track them in agile tools like JIRA Rally etc Coordinate for UAT and training Support go-live activities Communicating effectively with senior management in a matrixed organization Perform change management Experience in leading requirement gathering workshops Experience in using requirement gathering methodologies experience working in complex IT Transformation projects Experience in retail and eCommerce Good expereince working as business analyst Good experience in Digital transformation Good understanding of the workings in Automotive industry especially in Retail Strong problem solving skills and ability to manage ambiguity to drive conversations forward Excellent team player who possess strong interpersonal skills Good knowledge of IT systems and experience working as business analyst in one or more enterprise tools. Good experience working with Agile tools like JIRA Confluence etc. Agile product manager certifications Agile Scrum master certifications Undergraduate minimum Bachelor or Masters in business administration or equivalent + Analyze and interpret complex data to provide actionable insights for supply chain optimization. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. + Utilize o9 Supply Chain Analytics to monitor and improve supply chain performance. + Implement and manage Digital Supply Chain Network solutions to enhance operational efficiency. + Conduct thorough regulatory business analysis to ensure compliance with industry standards. + Perform API testing to validate system integrations and ensure seamless data flow. + Develop and maintain performance management metrics for the retail sector. + Provide detailed reports and presentations to stakeholders highlighting key findings and recommendations. + Support the development and implementation of supply chain strategies to drive business growth. + Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate team members on new tools and processes. + Monitor industry trends and advancements to keep the company at the forefront of supply chain innovation. + Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget meeting the companys quality standards. + Communicate effectively with stakeholders in both Spanish and English to ensure clear understanding and alignment. **Qualifications** + Possess a minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 6 years of experience in business analysis. + Demonstrate expertise in o9 Supply Chain Analytics and Digital Supply Chain Network. + Have a strong background in regulatory business analysis and API testing. + Show proficiency in performance management within the retail domain. + Be a native Spanish speaker with excellent English reading writing and speaking skills. + Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. + Display excellent communication and presentation skills. + Be capable of working in a hybrid model with day shifts. + Have a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies. + Be detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results. + Show the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. + Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills. + Be committed to continuous improvement and professional development. **Certifications Required** Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) Supply Chain Analytics Certification API Testing Certification Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer that embraces diversity, champions equity and values inclusion.
