Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India

Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our growing product team at our client place. You will play a crucial role in gathering and analyzing business requirements, defining product specifications, and ensuring successful product implementation. 

Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to understand business needs and objectives. Analyze and document business requirements clearly and concisely. Prioritize and validate requirements based on business impact and feasibility. Product Definition and Documentation: Work with the product team to define product vision, roadmap, and features. Develop user stories, use cases, and other product documentation. Create mockups and prototypes to visualize product functionality. Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate requirements and product specifications to stakeholders, developers, and designers. Facilitate and document meetings and workshops. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product development and implementation. Conduct product demos to both internal and external stakeholders.   

Qualifications:

Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software development environment. Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, such as Agile, Waterfall, and Lean Startup. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to gather and document complex requirements. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Domain-specific knowledge (Any one of the below): Solar PV: Experience in the solar energy industry with knowledge of photovoltaic systems, design software, and project management. Fintech: Experience in the fintech industry with knowledge of loan application processes, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
