Your New Role The Business Analyst , Collaboration Tools will have extensive experience in analyzing, implementing, and optimizing collaboration tools, including Slack, Monday.com, Smartsheet, Asana, Airtable , Box, Miro, and Google Workspace. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our collaboration tools are effectively utilized to enhance productivity, streamline processes, and facilitate seamless communication across the organization. Your Role Accountabilities: **OPERATIONS/PROJECT MANAGEMENT** + Analyze Collaboration Needs: Assess the organization's collaboration requirements and identify the most suitable tools to meet those needs. + Tool Implementation: Lead the implementation and integration of collaboration tools, ensuring they align with business objectives and workflows. + Optimization: Continuously evaluate and optimize the use of collaboration tools to improve efficiency and user satisfaction. + Training and Support: Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to maximize tool adoption and effectiveness. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting as needed. + Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with various departments to gather feedback and ensure that the tools meet their specific needs. + Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of tool usage, best practices, and procedures. + Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance and usage of collaboration tools, generating reports and insights to inform decision-making. + Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in collaboration technologies and recommend improvements accordingly. **STRATEGY** + Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand team needs and dependencies to better align business processes. + Accurately and clearly articulate strategic issues and provide relevant, logical options for solving them. + Create comprehensive and meaningful strategy presentations for senior executives. Qualifications & Experiences + Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration , Information Technology, or a related field. + Experience: 2+ years of p roven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on collaboration tools such as Slack, Monday.com, Smartsheet, Asana, Airtable , Box, Miro, and Google Workspace. + Technical Skills: Strong understanding of collaboration tool functionalities, integration capabilities, and best practices. + Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail. + Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely. + Project Management: Experience in project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. + Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels. + Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work in a fast-paced environment. Desirable + Previous experience in a similar industry or domain. + Knowledge of and passion for media, entertainment, and technology industries (including key players, growth trends and drivers, new media models, industry structure, etc.) + Experience working in a national or global company + Some visualization tool knowledge would be helpful ( i.e. Tableau, Power BI) + Comfortable in working in highly iterative and somewhat unstructured environment **How We Get Things Done…** This last bit is probably the most important!
