About the role:
As our Brand Protection Advisor for our EcoSure division, you will conduct audits on brand standards, guest experience, food safety, public health, workplace safety and product quality. As a trusted partner to some of the world’s most recognized foodservice, hotel resorts, convenience stores, and long-term care, you will deliver expert audits and risk assessments that keep guests safe, operations compliant and reputations strong. You will travel frequently to client sites to deliver on-site audits and provide teaching and coaching to help our clients maintain the highest standards. Your responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive food safety and brand protection audits, assessing brand standards, food safety, hygiene, health and safety and regulatory compliance
Complete a budgeted number of audits each week, delivering an exceptional client experience
Consult, coach and deliver clear actionable insights through details reports and in-person debriefs that help clients make informed, impactful decisions
Stay up to date with industry regulations and trends, ensuring our audit practices remain best in class
Partner with EcoSure & Ecolab teams to solve client challenges
Travel regularly to client sites across ANZ and the wider region
This role will give you the opportunity to travel regularly and will include overnight stays roughly 75% of the time. You will have the autonomy to plan your travel schedule but you will need to have flexibility to work occasional weekends, evenings or overtime to deliver for our clients.
To be successful in this role you will have:
Experience in hospitality operations, auditing, food safety or compliance
A valid driver’s licence
The ability to lift 15 kgs, inspect playgrounds, and perform physical tasks
The ability to be around, touch and potentially consume food made from or with animal products. Additionally, you will be required to be around, touch and potentially consume food made from or with the top allergens
High-level customer service and consultative skills
A self-starter who enjoys autonomy, travel and delivering high-impact results
Leadership experience in hospitality operations
Tertiary qualifications in hospitality, environmental health, food science or a related field would be advantageous
