Role Purpose :
Supporting the Marketing Manager and the Senior Brand Manager on overall brand management, to ensure the achievement of pre-determined profit, volume, market share and equity objectives of focus brand.
Key Accountabilities
Responsible for assisting the Marketing Manager/Senior Brand Manager with the implementation of annual brand plan ensuring achievement of jobs, whilst optimizing ROI in line with jobs and adopt zero-based budgeting throughout the year. Develop and implement brand campaigns in collaboration with agency partners, focusing on 360 activation across all key consumer touchpoints - ATL, Digital & Social Media, PR, BTL & Experiential events in line with brand direction. Work with the Trade Marketing team to ensure activations are embedded in the channel plans and responsible for planning of promotional activities in delivering commercial objectives. Present brand ideas, brand plans, innovations to internal stakeholders via road shows and trade visits. Drive innovation projects based on insights through innovation gate process together with the innovation project team. Track performance of innovation and evaluate according to guidelines in gate process.Key Requirement
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or its equivalent with 3 – 5 years marketing experience in FMCG, creative or lifestyle industries, including promotions, innovation, activations and brand planning. Strong communication, persuasive and has problem solving skills Resourceful, meticulous and possess strong analytical skills
