Manage and lead Biostimulants and CP veggies Product branding, pricing, value proposition, supply/demand forecast optimizationDrive continued & profitable market share growth for the assigned Biostimulants through the development of product brand plans designed to serve customer needs, in a sustainable wayIdentify new business opportunities, markets, partnerships and new GTM options to propose, for reaching new or existing markets with new offers and storiesAccountabilities
Own country budget, design National Campaign Plans for BioS and fund strategic priorities to achieve the sales and profit targetsProactively collaborate and contribute in scouting, sizing and negotiating 3rd party opportunities (licensing-in, technology investment/ co-development)Act as the entry point to to Italy Biostimulants Product Management for regional counterpartsCompany Description

Qualifications
Experience required for the job
3-5 years experience, in marketing or sales roles in agribusinessIn-market experience, under a commercial environmentAbility to build sound relationships with key influencersWorking in a team environment, across functions, both internally and externallyAbility to deal with complexity and uncertaintyUnderstanding of Biologicals specifics and experience from working with relevant products and marketsCritical Knowledge for the Job
Agronomy and marketing acumen, understanding of the market needs and trendsData interpretation - conversion from data to insightsExcellent presentation and communication skills, fluent in EnglishStrong computer skills (Office Windows, ERP systems, applications etc)Additional Information
