What will you do?
Manage small to medium size customer electrical products orders. Communicate Project Schedules with confirmed dates to the customer after release of the order for manufacturing. Organize and manage potential large volume of daily communications. Create and manage purchase requirements for products not supported by local plants. Process RMA returns as needed. Deal with day-to-day issues on project business. (Sales, 3rd party, plant related issues)Strong Capabilities in Business Results and Customer Orientation, Collaboration, Influencing and Change Manage.
What will you need to succeed?
Degree/Diploma in the electrical field or work experience within the electrical field, an asset Minimum 3-5 years experience working with Project coordination with multiple small or medium sized project/orders 0-250K Ability to read electrical engineering drawings (is an asset) Demonstrated Business and Project Coordination acumen Ability to multi-task with administration functions as part of the role Prepares, reviews and books customer orders / revisions to orders Reviews customer orders and checks consistency and completeness in cooperation with all involved stakeholders on both customer side and Siemens' sales or project management organization. You must possess strong collaboration skills, adaptability, customer centricity and the willingness to take ownership. Strong organization skill Strong skills in MS-Excel, MS-Word, and MS-PowerPoint SAP or similar ERP system experience an asset Fluent in both English and French spoken and written as the role support the province of Quebec and Canada.About us.
