We're looking for a Bentley Support Specialist who’s excited to work across design and tech teams, offering expert-level support on Bentley Design Software (like OpenRoads and OpenBridge) and ProjectWise. You’ll be the go-to person helping our teams work smarter and deliver amazing infrastructure projects across the globe. This position could be based anywhere in the United States. **Responsibilities & Qualifications** **What You’ll Be Doing** + Team up with IT and business groups to support digital tools and workflows – from system updates and software installs to virtual environments and cloud-based solutions. + Guide project teams on best practices, helping them set up for success from day one. + Tackle technical issues with confidence and creativity. You're the calm in the storm when challenges pop up. + Help identify training needs and support upskilling across our design and engineering teams. + Be part of strategic conversations on improving BIM/CAD workflows across the organization. + Support our commitment to BIM standards and industry best practices like ISO 19650. **What You Bring to the Table** + 10+ years of hands-on experience with **ProjectWise** , including setup, access and security management, environments, interfaces, and advanced workflows like renditions and attribute exchange. + Strong knowledge of **Bentley tools** – especially **OpenRoads Designer, OpenBridge, and MicroStation Connect** . + Solid background in **BIM setup, coordination, and software support** . + Experience working on **infrastructure projects** and digital project delivery. + A knack for solving problems, thinking strategically, and keeping cool under pressure. + Excellent communication skills – you’re great with people and love sharing knowledge. + A degree, diploma, or equivalent higher education is preferred, but we value experience and passion just as much. **Bonus If You Have…** + ProjectWise PowerShell scripting experience. + Knowledge of ProjectWise caching, iModels, and iTwin cloud solutions. + Familiarity with other Bentley tools like OpenRail, OpenTunnel, or ProStructures. + Experience supporting Autodesk tools like Revit, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or Autodesk Construction Cloud. + A working understanding of international BIM standards like ISO 19650, COBie, and MasterFormat. **The Kind of Person Who Thrives Here…** + Loves **collaboration** – you bring people together and get things done as a team. + Is always looking for **smarter, better ways** to work. + Balances **tech know-how** with strong people skills. + Can juggle tasks, stay organized, and keep things moving in a fast-paced environment. + Takes ownership, follows through, and always delivers with **integrity and professionalism** . **Success Looks Like…** + Getting shoutouts from colleagues for being an awesome support partner. + Seeing your advice and support lead to smoother projects and happy teams. + Staying ahead of digital trends and helping your teams do the same. + Contributing ideas that improve how we work – locally and globally. **Additional Information** TYLin is committed to pay equity. As part of that commitment, we have provided the base compensation range of $85,000 - $160,000 annually for this position and local market.
