Our European Business Support Center (EBSC) is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Warsaw office:
Automation Specialist

In this position, you will be responsible for developing and implementing end-to-end process improvements, leveraging VBA, RPA, Python, Alteryx, Microsoft Access, and/or other automation tools/languages. You will work closely with the business to gather requirements and drive the design, development, testing, and implementation of automation solutions.

We will count on you to:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand end-to-end processes and identify opportunities for optimization
Analyze existing processes and identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, proposing solutions for streamlining and automation
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that automation solutions align with business objectives
Develop and implement end-to-end process improvements, leveraging VBA, RPA, Python, Alteryx and/or Microsoft Access
Drive solution testing and provide support during User Acceptance Testing
Ensure that processes are fully tested before deployment
What you need to have:
Proven experience of some, but not necessarily all, of the following preferred technical skills: VBA, RPA, Python, Alteryx, and Microsoft Access
Experience in process mapping, process reengineering, and end-to-end process improvement
Ability to analyze and evaluate existing processes, identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and proposing solutions for improvement
Continuous improvement mindset, with a focus on driving efficiency and effectiveness through automation and process improvement
Strong communication skills
Excellent spoken and written English (C1 level)
What makes you stand out:
Experience with multiple automation tools/languages
Knowledge of Jira and data exchange via REST API
Lean Six Sigma
Experience in the insurance sector or shared service sector
