Ingredion is looking for a dynamic Associate QC Analyst to join our team and drive market presence and revenue growth. Your expertise and our innovative solutions will help build strong customer relationships and achieve mutual success.

As an Associate QC Analyst, you will be responsible for completion of specification testing and related laboratory tasks to schedule to ensure raw materials and finished products meet company and/or customer quality expectations.

What you will do (Responsibilities):

- Ensure a safe and clean laboratory environment while prioritizing and performing specialized testing to meet business and departmental needs.
- Calibrate and maintain lab instruments, manage supplies, and ensure accurate record-keeping of laboratory data.
- Review data for accuracy, communicate issues, and participate in continuous quality assurance and food safety improvements.
- Manage the release timeframes for raw materials and finished goods, participate in GMP audits, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Stay updated on scientific developments, collaborate with operations and quality assurance to address laboratory demands, and resolve process discrepancies.

What you will bring (Experience and Knowledge):

- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Food Science or related field. (preferred)
- Availability to work weekend shifts, as needed, on a rotating basis.

Pay Range:

$50,000.00-$66,666.67 Annual

This pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data and applicable bargaining agreement (if any).

Incentive Compensation:

As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Ingredion Annual Incentive Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus.
