**About the Role:**
As a CBRE Associate Project Manager you will be responsible for providing consulting services for a healthcare client to help achieve the company's strategic business objectives.
This job is part of the Project Management function. They are responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion.
**What You’ll Do:**
Manage all areas of project management for multiple real estate projects in hospital and clinical facilities. This includes planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout. You would typically manage small and medium complexity projects in existing, occupied buildings.
Work directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project. This includes the scope of work, project
delivery resource requirements, cost estimates & budget, work plan schedule & achievements, quality control, and risk identification.
Define the project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process.
Conduct sophisticated requests for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.
Facilitate the development of a charter and coordinated timeline.
Ensure all functions remain on schedule and issues get resolved or advanced.
Facilitate regular meetings to review project status for active and pending projects.
Collaborate to develop solutions and guide the project team through implementation and completion.
Apply sophisticated knowledge to seek and develop new, better methods for accomplishing both individual and department objectives.
Showcase expertise in own job subject area and in-depth knowledge of other job fields within the organization function.
Mentor others to develop in-depth knowledge and expertise in most or all areas within the function.
Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Anticipates potential objections and persuades others, often at senior levels and of divergent interest, to embrace a different point of view.
Impact the achievement of customer, operational, project, or service objectives across multi-discipline teams. Work is guided by functional policies which impact the design of procedures and policies.
Contribute to new products, processes, standards, and/or operational plans in support of achieving functional goals.
Communicate difficult and sophisticated ideas with the ability to influence.
**What You’ll Need:**
+ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred with 2-5 years of solid experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
+ Understanding of existing procedures and standards to tackle slightly sophisticated problems.
+ Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive demeanor.
Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate complicated figures such as percentages, fractions, and other
Turner & Townsend carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $90,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $110,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on Turner & Townsend’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
