**The Opportunity**
**Join Nutanix as a Associate Project Manager where you will play a pivotal role in shaping our Sales processes and capabilities. With the rapid growth Nutanix is achieving, we need to optimize and transform the revenue operations processes and capabilities to scale with business.**
**About the Team**
**This role is highly visible and requires partnering with various teams to drive sales efficiency and operational excellence.**
**You will assist in leading cross functional projects, making sure that they meet all scope, time, budget and quality expectations, through planning, designing, deployment and adoption. You possess relevant subject matter knowledge across the sales process including Configuration, Pricing, Quoting, CRM (Salesforce) and the overall end to end subscription sales process. You will provide innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.**
**Your Role**
+ Project Management:
+ Oversee projects from planning through delivery, ensuring they meet scope, time, budget, and quality expectations. This includes liaising between project members, cross-functional teams, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication of deliverables, requirements, schedules, costs, and meeting plans.
+ Attend meetings and accurately capture key points, decisions, and action items.
+ Ensure that all relevant information is documented, including deadlines and responsible parties for each action item.
+ Business Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements. Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and system interactions. Translate business requirements into functional specifications and use cases.
+ Reporting and Dashboards: Design, create, and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to meet business requirements. Develop custom reports to provide insights and support decision-making processes. Continuously improve dashboards based on user feedback and evolving business requirements.
+ Ad-Hoc Reporting: Quickly respond to requests for ad-hoc reports by developing tailored solutions using Salesforce reporting tools.
+ Data Management: Use Excel and other tools to perform data lookups, data cleansing, and data preparation for Salesforce data loads.
+ User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Develop UAT plans, including test scenarios and test cases, based on business requirements. Coordinate and lead UAT efforts, ensuring that end-users are adequately trained and prepared.
+ Documentation: Create documentation, including user guides, training manuals, and system documentation.
**What You Will Bring**
+ 2 to 5 Years of experience.
+ Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan project timelines, tasks, milestones, and deadlines.
+ Excellent business analysis skills, with the ability to analyze and document business processes and translate requirements into functional specifications.
+ Proficiency in **Salesforce** reporting tools and **Excel** for data management.
+ Ability to lead meetings and workshops to discuss requirements, project progress, and address concerns.
+ Experience in developing and coordinating UAT efforts.
+ Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
+ Experience with **Salesforce** , **Tableau** , **Clari** and **CPQ** tools are a plus.
+ Detail-oriented but can also see the big picture. Can crunch the numbers and clearly articulate the key takeaways in an executive summary. Tell a “story”.
+ Comfortable working with diverse global counterparts.
+ Proficient in PowerPoint, and able to build professional, executive worthy decks.
+ Ability to quickly pivot and thrive in an agile environment and meet critical deadlines.
+ Must be able to coordinate decisions across multiple stakeholders.
**Work Arrangement**
Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. For most roles, that will mean coming into an office a minimum of 2 - 3 days per week, however certain roles and/or teams may require more frequent in-office presence. Additional team-specific guidance and norms will be provided by your manager.
