**Introduction**
IBM Consulting is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Sales & Delivery Executive to join our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) team in the US. In this critical role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and delivering high-quality solutions in the BPO space.
**Your role and responsibilities**
As BPO Associate Partner you will be responsible for developing and driving the BPO business with core focus on:
- Build up BPO pipeline
- Hold client meetings to present IBM BPO as well build up client relationship
- Develop client solutions and IBM offer with the BPO solutioning team to reflect client requirements and needs
- Run contracting process with clients
- Oversee delivery of small to medium deals with support of the IBM BPO delivery team
**Required technical and professional expertise**
Sales expertise, BPO experience, Industry alignment to Telco, Manufacturing, Energy, and/or Tech
**Preferred technical and professional experience**
Hiring manager and Recruiter should collaborate to create the relevant verbiage.
