Job Description
This role is part of a team responsible for maintaining, developing, and overseeing technical documentation for low-voltage switchgear and control equipment, such as contactors, motor circuit breakers, relays, soft-start systems, etc.
You will report to the Team Leader and have a hybrid schedule working in Katowice, Poland.
Your Responsibilities:
Preparing test plans for electronic devices (EMC tests, temperature tests, compliance testing, ESD tests, and others)Assigning and coordinating testing proceduresEvaluating and qualifying new electronic components (selecting alternative components such as diodes, transistors, transformers, connectors, or qualifying new ones)Making modifications to existing device schematicsAssigning and coordinating PCB redesign tasksSupporting the software engineering team in the development of simple test setupsThe Essentials - You Will Have:Ability to read technical drawings and electronic schematicsBasic knowledge of electronic circuit modeling and simulation (LT Spice, Tina TI)Familiarity with PCB design tools (Eagle, Altium Designer, KiCad, Mentor Expedition)Proficiency in English, both spoken and writtenExperience with industrial automation systems (Contactors, Relays, Disconnectors, PLC Controllers)Knowledge in analog electronics and digital circuit designExperience with microcontrollers and familiarity with peripheral interfaces (I2C, UART, PWM, Analog/Digital converters)Understanding of typical electronic component packagingPrevious work experience with Mentor Graphics/Expedition toolsFamiliarity with Jira and SAP environmentsThe Preferred - You Might Also Have:University degree in electronics, computer science, or automationAnd ability to work in a teamOpenness to change and the ability to work in an international environmentMinimum of 2 years of experience working with electronic devicesWhat We Offer:Our benefits package includes …
